1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, GAMEDIA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on compatible devices. You acquire no ownership rights in the Game, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by GAMEDIA.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights, characters, artwork, designs, software, code, gameplay systems, and related materials, are owned exclusively by GAMEDIA B.V. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of the Game or its assets, except as permitted under applicable law or as expressly authorized by GAMEDIA. You may use images, footage, and other content from the Game solely for the purpose of legitimate content creation, streaming, and commentary, provided such use complies with fair use principles and does not misrepresent or damage GAMEDIA’s reputation.

3. Account Requirements

Use of the Game requires the creation of a Spider Tanks account. Account authentication and related services are provided through backend infrastructure operated by third-party service providers, including PlayFab, a service provided by Microsoft.

GAMEDIA uses these services to facilitate account management, authentication, and game functionality. These services are provided to GAMEDIA under separate agreements between GAMEDIA and the service providers.

By creating an account and using the Game, you acknowledge that certain technical account services may be processed through these third-party systems as part of the operation of the Game.

GAMEDIA remains responsible for the Game and for your player account within the Game.

GAMEDIA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to cheating, exploitation of bugs, harassment, hate speech, fraud, or other violations of applicable rules or policies.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

GAMEDIA collects limited, anonymous in-game statistics necessary for gameplay features such as quest tracking and player statistics. No personally identifiable information is collected directly by GAMEDIA through the Game. For further details regarding GAMEDIA’s privacy practices, please visit:

By using the Game, you consent to the collection and use of such data in accordance with this policy.

5. Virtual Currency and In-Game Purchases

The Game includes a premium virtual currency known as “Arachnium,” which can be purchased using real-world money. Arachnium has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency or used outside the Game. Arachnium may be used to acquire cosmetic items or items that offer convenience, such as accelerated progression or unlocking content faster than normal play would allow.

All purchases of Arachnium and in-game items are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. GAMEDIA is not responsible for any unauthorized transactions or loss of virtual currency.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

1. Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from GAMEDIA
2. Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Game.
3. Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright or trademark notices.
4. Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software to modify gameplay.
5. Distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Game or any part thereof.

Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your access to the Game.

7. Online Services and Server Availability

The Game is an online-only service that relies on servers operated by GAMEDIA and third-party providers under GAMEDIA’s control. GAMEDIA reserves the right to manage, modify, or discontinue any server, feature, or function of the Game at any time without prior notice. GAMEDIA does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Game or that it will remain online permanently.

8. Modifications and Updates

GAMEDIA reserves the right to update, modify, or change the Game or this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease using the Game.

9. Age Restriction

The Game is intended for players aged eighteen (18) years or older. By accepting this Agreement, you confirm that you meet this age requirement or that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian as required by applicable law.

10. Community and Communication

The Game may include in-game chat and other communication features. GAMEDIA reserves the right to monitor and moderate such communications and to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts, in cases of abusive or disruptive behavior. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other players and for any content you transmit through the Game.

11. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the Game and ceasing all use. GAMEDIA may suspend or terminate this Agreement and your access to the Game at any time if you breach its terms or engage in unlawful conduct. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game, and your license will immediately expire.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. GAMEDIA does not warrant that the Game will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAMEDIA, its affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall GAMEDIA’s total liability to you exceed the amount you paid, if any, for access to the Game during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GAMEDIA, its affiliates, employees, directors, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Game, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any applicable law or rights of a third party.

15. Governing Law and Arbitration

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the Netherlands, conducted in accordance with the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI). The language of arbitration shall be English or Dutch. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon the parties.

16. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and GAMEDIA regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether oral or written.

By installing, accessing, or using Spider Tanks: Cores of Chaos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User Agreement.
